Pick your plan
Starter is the DIY plan. Guided adds a 1-on-1 call and a real human reviewing the dealer’s offer. Concierge runs the entire purchase remotely so you never set foot on the lot until delivery day.
Build the file the lender will say yes to
We map the right lender for your situation (credit union, ITIN-friendly bank, manufacturer captive, subprime tier 2). We coach you to pre-approval before you ever talk to a dealer.
Vehicle shortlist
Reliability scores from real engineering judgement, not marketing. Total cost of ownership, not sticker price. Realistic insurance estimates for your ZIP and history.
Deal review
You send us the dealer’s out-the-door figure and we tear it apart line-by-line: doc fee vs state cap, dealer add-ons (theft etch, GAP, paint protection, key replacement, nitrogen-fill — all of it), APR markup, payment-packing, negative-equity rolls.
Negotiation
On Guided we hand you the script. On Concierge we run the conversation with the dealer ourselves while you sit at home. Either way, you walk in with a number that’s been benchmarked against actual market data.
Contract walk-through
Before you sign, we read the contract with you in your language and flag anything that doesn’t match the agreed-on numbers. F&I tricks (forced add-ons, optional products marked mandatory, surprise fees) get caught here.
Delivery + 30-day support
On Concierge we coordinate insurance, title, registration, and the delivery handoff. For 30 days after, you have priority access for any post-purchase questions — “the dealer called about an extended warranty add-on, should I bite?”
