1. Who we are

Auto Expert USA (“we”, “us”) is an advisory service. We are not an automobile dealer, broker, lender, insurer, or law firm. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or tax advice.

2. What you’re paying for

You are paying us for our analysis, recommendations, and advisory time. You are not paying for the purchase of a vehicle, financing, insurance, or any third-party product. You remain solely responsible for any contract you sign with a dealer, lender, insurer, or other third party.

3. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident or planning to purchase a vehicle in the United States. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

4. Refund policy

See our Refund Policy for details. The Starter plan includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. Guided and Concierge are partially refundable depending on completion stage.

5. No dealer commissions

We do not accept commissions, kickbacks, referral fees, or any other payment from automobile dealers, lenders, brokers, insurers, or aftermarket-product vendors related to your purchase. If we ever receive any incidental affiliate revenue from optional partner services we recommend, we will disclose it clearly in writing before you act on it.

6. Limitations of liability

Our advice is provided on a best-effort basis and reflects our judgement at the time of delivery. Vehicle markets, lender programs, and dealer practices change continuously; we do not guarantee any specific price, APR, approval, or vehicle condition outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not licensed financial advisors, attorneys, motor-vehicle dealers, brokers, or insurance producers. Any analysis we provide is informational and educational. You should consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation, particularly before signing a binding contract.

We may update these terms; if a material change affects you we will notify you by email or in-product banner before it takes effect.
