Starter Plan ($99)

7-day money-back guarantee. If your written buyer plan is not delivered or not useful, request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we will refund 100% of the fee.

Guided Advisory ($249)

Refundable in full until the consultation call begins. After the call, the fee becomes 50% non-refundable; after a written deal review is published, the full fee is non-refundable.

Full Concierge ($999+)

Refundable in full within 24 hours of purchase. After we begin dealer outreach on your behalf, the fee is prorated as follows: 50% if cancelled before vehicle shortlist publication, 25% if cancelled before contract review, 0% after we coordinate purchase signing.

How to request a refund

Email refunds@autoexpertusa.com from the email address on your account with your order number. We process eligible refunds within 5 business days; your bank may take additional time to display the credit.

Disputes

If you have a concern about a deliverable or advisor we will work with you in good faith. We prefer to resolve disputes directly before any formal action.
